1. The Proven Path
We do not ask you to test the software code itself, that is our job. Before you even log into your account, our internal team conducts a comprehensive quality assurance and configuration audit on your environment.
We verify that:

Your Open Banking and payment integrations are connected securely.

Your dynamic document templates are pulling the correct data.

Your automated communication templates (Emails/SMS) are properly configured to keep your customers informed.

Your underwriting is driving the borrower offers you want.
2. Your Walk-Through (Verification)
Instead of a prolonged custom testing cycle, your responsibility on the Starter Launch Track shifts to a straightforward Verification Walk-Through. We want you to see exactly what your customers will experience.
Before we push your system live, we ask you to run one or two sample applications to verify the following:

Product Integrity: Does the borrower-facing application match your product and financing end-state?

Legal Accuracy: Is your correct legal entity name displaying accurately on the final contract inside the Document Center?

User Access: Can your team successfully log into the Admin Portal and view the test application(s)?
Tip: Use the Magic Link feature in the Admin Portal during your walk-through to see the exact application screen from the borrower's perspective.
3. Final Sign-Off & Go-Live
Because PayPlan functions as the financial ledger for your business, launch is only authorized once formal written approval is received from you or your leadership team.
Once you complete your brief walk-through and verify your branding and contract details, you will provide written sign-off. Our team will then lock your configuration and immediately authorize the final migration to your live Production environment. You are now ready to fund real deals and capture more revenue.
