1. Navigate to https://businesswarrior.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
2. To access immediate feature and guided articles, simply click and start typing the topic.
3. Type "Payments"
4. Click on the article that you want to view
5. Now if you want to see your current requested tickets, simply click on your profile in the upper right hand corner of the screen
6. Click "Requests"
7. Click "Status: Open requests"
8. You may click different filters to fit your need and find out your specific ticket status
9. Important Note: The default view is open requests, in order to see the other ticket status, you must select them each time you login.
